The Matariki Dish:
Vondel: Manuka smoked hapuka, pikopiko and kanuka honey.
Vic Road Kitchen: Wild boar with smoked eel, beetroot, watercress and kawakawa.
Hemingways: Kumara, Ginger and Gisborne Orange soup
Dixie Browns: Chocolate fondant, caramel kumara puree, chocolate soil and manuka smoked honey ice cream.
Devon on the Wharf: Creamy Greenlip Mussels – Passage Rock Chardonnay, chilli, garlic butter, chives and cream fraiche served with garlic bread.
Devonport Chocolates: Horopiko and Caramel Chocolate Stars made just for Matariki.
