From either of the two volcanic cones in Devonport, you will be amazed by the spectacular views of the Waitemata harbour and the city of Auckland. From North Head, you can also see part of the Hauraki Gulf, with the iconic Rangitoto Island directly in front.
There are several walks that will take you between the volcanic cones, across the reserves and to the beautiful beaches. The seaside village has plenty of cafes and restaurants and offers a unique shopping experience.
